Skyphos offers quick turn-around services for rapid prototyping, short run through mass production for microdevices. Typically our clients are in the Lab-on-a-Chip, Pint-of-Care or Diagnostic segment and need to activate on new ideas or test platforms quickly. Our manufacturing as a service (MaaS) allows an easy to manage transition, and roll through 3-5 prototype phases of 10-50 devices each, followed by a larger pilot study. The benefit of 3D printing is that the design can be changed on-the-fly. This means if there is ever an update to your design, all it takes is a simple email and a CAD drawing.
